FBI FUGITIVE SURRENDERS TO CHICAGO POLICE DEPARTMENTRobert D. Grant, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Chicago office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Jody P. Weis, Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department (CPD) announced today the arrest of DONNELL JEHAN, age 40, whose last known address was 6522 South Ashland Avenue in Chicago. JEHAN surrendered last night at the Chicago Police Department's 2nd District. JEHAN has been the subject of a nationwide manhunt, coordinated by the Chicago FBI, since May of 2004 after being indicted with 46 other members and associates of the Black Disciples street gang and charged with multiple violations of federal drug laws. JEHAN was remanded into the custody of the FBI after the CPD 2nd District officers verified his identity and that he was an FBI fugitive. JEHAN will appear before U. S. Magistrate Judge Susan Cox at 2:00pm this afternoon. JEHAN has been profiled on several national television shows including "America's Most Wanted", Fox News Channel's "The Line Up" and locally on "Chicago's Most Wanted" The public is reminded
