Robert D. Grant, Special Agent-in Charge of the Chicago
Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
is asking for the public's help in apprehending Roger
A. Navarro. Navarro is wanted for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution
(UFAP) after being charged
on December 2, 2002 in Kendall County, Illinois with
possession of a controlled substance, possession with
intent to deliver a controlled substance and the
unlawful use of a weapon.
Navarro is a high
ranking Latin King gang member.
He has numerous arrests for assaults, domestic battery
and drugs.
Navarro is a convicted
felon. He should be considered
armed and dangerous.
Navarro is described
as a Hispanic male, 47 years
of age, 5'8" tall, l65 pounds, medium build, with brown
hair and brown eyes. Navarro's last known address
was in Aurora, IL and Newark, IL.
Navarro may be living
in Florida. He was last seen
driving a l995 Ford pickup truck with Florida tags.
